The honeywell
This bar has successfully disrupted the bar scene in Hamilton Heights (which I still call Harlem) by providing us with a 70's retro speakeasy kind of vibe. This is the sister bar to Harlem Public and At The Wallace, and each bar has a different type of ambiance. At The Honeywell, they create a memorable experience for the patron by the way the cocktail is crafted right before your eyes.

La Diagonal
La Diagonal offers agave spirits, hand-crafted cocktails, and Mexican tapas.

VINATERIA*
In 2013, Vinateria opened in what is known as Restaurant Row in the historic neighborhood of Harlem. The owner, Yvette Leeper-Bueno, has created a space where you can enjoy house-made pasta and indulge in Italian and Spanish-inspired fare while pairing your meal with the perfect wine from her restaurant’s comprehensive list. Vinateria’s happy hour includes select $7 wines, $5 beers, and $8 cocktails. With a happy hour menu of great range and value, it also includes small bites and $1.50 oysters. Full review of Vinateria here.
